Building a big Chest
Start light, doing up to 12 reps. Per set.
Pyramid up, increasing the weight on each set.
Do 5 Sets. 12, 10, 8, 6, 6.
Focusing on shape and definition.
Start and keep a moderate weight.
Aim for the max repetitions possible on each set.
Your reps should be 12 or more per Set.
Do 4 sets of Bench Press.
