The ectomorph they are naturally skinny body type with a fast metabolism. This type of person can eat whatever they want and never get fat and never gain any weight. This sound great if you are a female, But as a male you will struggle to gain muscle or even look fit.
Mesomorph, or what I call the the gifted. This type of body is the ideal body. It responds quickly and efficiently to exercise and weight lifting training. Builds muscle fast and keeps fat away. Much like the type of body you see in exercise magazines.
The Endomorph is a naturally fat body type individual. This type of body is what sometimes we call big boned. They have the slowest metabolism, in consequence they gain weight quickly and easy. Been an Endomorph has its advantages. Endomorph can gain muscle and strength fast, but terrible for losing fat.



There are 3 different types of body: ectomorph, endomorph and mesomorph.
Find out which body type are you. By knowing this you can take control over your workouts and diet. Do you need to consume more calories? Less calories? More protein?
